مبدأ حرية الرأي والتعبير ووسائل الإعلام والنشر:
ورد هذا المبدأ في المادتين ( 47 ، 48 ) من الدستور . وقد نصت المادة (47) على الآتي:" حرية الرأي مكفولة ، ولكل إنسان الحق في التعبير عن رأيه ونشره بالقول أو الكتابة أو التصوير أو غير ذلك من وسائل التعبير في حدود القانون ، والنقد الذاتي والنقد البناء ضمان لسلامة بناء الوطن". وقد نصت المادة ( 48) على الآتي :" حرية الصحافة والطباعة والنشر ووسائل الإعلام مكفولة والرقابة على الصحف وإنذارها أو وقفها أو إلغاؤها بالطريق الإداري محظور ، ويجوز استثناء في حالة الطوارئ أو زمن الحرب أن يفرض على الصحف والمطبوعات ووسائل الإعلام رقابة محدودة في الأمور التي تتصل بالسلامة العامة وأغراض الأمن القومي وذلك وفقا للقانون".

HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE
